Some of our beauty fridges are currently in production and are almost done. We hope to have them very soon. They shouldn't take more than two months to arrive. We will inform you if there are any delays.

Yes! We are currently speaking to our manufacturer about expanding our product selection and we hope to have them out very soon.

Our beauty fridges’ temperatures vary based on the model and size. For more specific information please check out the details section of the individual product’s page for the model you are interested in. All our fridges become cold enough to promote cold therapy and preservation of skincare and beauty products. But they don’t get cold enough where they can damage or degrade your products. Shipping and Warranty  

We ship out orders every day, if you ordered before 1pm then your order should get shipped out on that same day or the very next business day. Depending on where you live your order can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to arrive. If your beauty fridge hasn’t arrived after 7 business days, please contact us; either via our contact form or email us directly at: help@aurorabeautyfridges.com

After you place an order, you should receive an email confirmation with all the details of your order. Then when your order ships you will receive another email with an estimated delivery date as well as your tracking information. Press on the clickable link and it will take you to the most up to date tracking details. Yes! All beauty fridges come with a one-year warranty. For any product malfunctions that may occur during that year. The warranty is valid for 365 days after the date of purchase.

All beauty fridges come with a one-year warranty on product malfunctions. To file a claim please fill out our contact form or email us at: help@aurorabeautyfridges.com. In the message, please state your name, that you would like to file a warranty claim, order number, date ordered and the problem you are having with your beauty fridge. Then a member of our team will reach out to you with further instructions, within 24 hours.

Returns,Refunds and Exchanges

We accept returns 30 days after the date the product arrives. Shipping label fees are the responsibility of the customer. The product has to be in new condition and not damaged or used in any way and all the original material must be included with the product. To start a return just send us a short email with your name, order number, and reason for the return. We will contact you within 24 hours. Our email is: help@aurorabeautyfridges.com

We do accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your fridge for another size or model, just send us an email stating what you would like to exchange and for what product. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for the exchange. Once your exchange has been approved, we will send you the next steps via email. The product you are exchanging must be new, undamaged and unused, it must also include all the original material. Alternatively, you can simply return your current fridge and purchase another one. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at: help@aurorabeautyfridges.com

Payments and Billing

We accept almost all digital payment methods. Those being all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Shop, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Venmo. If you are looking to pay another way or are having trouble paying, please email us at help@aurorabeautyfridges.com
Yes, we offer paying by installments via Affirm. Terms of payment are arranged by Affirm and they differ based on an individual basis. For more information, please check out the product page.
Yes, we offer a discount for any student currently enrolled in a college or university. To qualify for the discount, please email us a picture of your student ID as well as a current schedule of your classes. Once approved you will receive an email with a 10% coupon code.
